MOST CRAWL SPACE ENCAPSULATIONS ARE INSTALLED WRONG
After more than 20 years working inside crawl spaces, I can tell you this without hesitation:
Most encapsulations are incomplete.
Most are installed out of order.
And most contractors don’t even realize what they’re missing.
That is why you see:
• moisture problems come back
• liners fail
• callbacks pile up
And when that happens…
It’s your name tied to the job.

This Is What A Finished Encapsulation Should Look Like
If your finished installs don’t look like this yet, it's usually not a skill problem.
It's a system problem.
Most contractors never build a defined encapsulation system.
They think they do.
They don't.
They piece installs together over time.
This system gives you the full sequence.
Inspection to final cleanup.

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY DOING CRAWL SPACE ENCAPSULATIONS…
You are either:
• Following a defined system
• Or piecing jobs together and hoping they hold up
There isn’t a middle ground.
Most contractors don’t realize where they are until something fails.
By then, it’s already cost them time, money, and reputation.

What This System Does For Your Company
✔ Fewer callbacks and failures
✔ Faster installs
✔ Higher close rates
✔ Consistent crew standards
Many contractors performing encapsulations today are missing several critical installation steps that cause long-term failures.

Author of Everything You Need To Know About Crawl Space Encapsulations
I began working inside crawl spaces in 2005.
For 20+ years, I've photographed, and filmed real crawl space projects in the field.
Hundreds of crawl spaces.
Real conditions.
Real installs.
Real results.
This system is the condensed version of what actually works in the field.
Most contractors learn this the hard way.
Through failed jobs.
Callbacks.
And fixing work they thought was done right.
You don’t have to go through that process.

Professional Enrollment Policy
This system is built for contractors who are serious about implementing a defined encapsulation standard.
Because the full training library is delivered immediately and contains proprietary field methodology developed over 20+ years, all enrollments are final.
This is professional-level material designed for implementation — not casual viewing.

INSIDE THE SYSTEM:
• Inspection and moisture assessment
• Drainage and vapor barrier sequencing
• Full installation process — start to finish
• Detailing that prevents long-term failures
This is the exact install order I run on real jobs — including drainage sequencing, wall system integration, and detailing that prevents long-term failures.

Reality of This Training
This isn’t a studio course.
It’s real crawl spaces.
Real work.
Real problem-solving.
You’re watching exactly how I handle jobs in the field.
That’s why the results look the way they do.
Filmed during active job sites — not staged in a studio.

$5,000 — Single-User Professional License
One properly sold encapsulation job covers this.
Not theory.
One job done at a professional standard.
The difference is:
Most contractors underbuild, underprice, and deal with callbacks.
With a defined system:
• You install it right the first time
• You price it correctly
• And it becomes a premium service — not a commodity

Why Contractors Invest
Contractors from across the country have already implemented this system.
Many began offering crawl space encapsulation services for the first time.
Others used the system to refine and standardize work they were already performing.
The result is the same — cleaner installs, fewer callbacks, and increased company credibility.

Workmanship Proof From Real Customers:
- Ian M. - ''Tanner and crew just completed a huge crawl space job for us. We had the drainage service as well as the encapsulation service. The attention to detail and quality of their work is over the top! The difference in humidity levels in the living area has been immediately noticeable since completion of the job. They are punctual, clean and honest! If you want the best for your home, trust Tennessee Technicians with your job.''
- Karen H. - ''I would definitely recommend Crawl Space Artists anytime! Tanner took a very stressful situation and provided a plan to resolve the issue. Very easy to work with and his crew is definitely hard working - they also seemed to care about resolving our issue. The project was completed timely and communication was exceptional. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again! Thank you Tanner, Drew, and other members of the crew.''
- Russell D. - ''Do you want the best? Do you want to know that you spent your hard earned dollar on quality work? Then look no further than Tennessee Technicians. There is no other company in this line of work that does a better job than Tanner and his associates. I have been using and referring business to Tennessee Technicians for over 10 years and will continue to do so until I'm in my grave. If you want to pay less for lesser quality, then don't even bother calling them...but if you want to lay your head down at night with a peace of mind and knowing you got the best, call Tanner at Tennessee Technicians!''
If you are going to keep doing crawl space encapsulations…
You should know exactly what a finished system is supposed to look like.
Not guess.
Not hope.
Not fix it later.
Implement the system.
Or, just keep on doing it the way you have been.

Why I Decided To Teach Others
I have seen too many failed encapsulation projects — not because contractors lacked effort, but because they lacked a defined system.
Most crawl space customers cannot physically inspect the work performed underneath their homes. Whether due to age, injury, or simple access limitations, very few homeowners are in a position to quality-audit a crawl space encapsulation properly. Companies know this. And when there is no defined standard, projects that look acceptable at first can fail long-term.
I’ve also watched genuinely good contractors lose money because their installs were inconsistent. Callbacks. Underbids. Jobs that seemed fine initially but didn’t hold up over time. The problem wasn’t work ethic — it was the absence of a repeatable system.
I’ve always filmed my projects — and I still do. I want customers to see exactly what they paid for. I know the effort that goes into a properly executed encapsulation, and I believe it should be visible. I’ve always set my own bar high, and I’ve consistently tried to raise it. Over time, I realized that helping others raise their standard was just as important.
As the years passed, more companies began reaching out for training. I traveled to perform live events, and eventually wrote the book Everything You Need To Know About Crawl Space Encapsulations. The response to the book made it clear that contractors wanted more than theory — they wanted a defined, field-tested system.
I committed to filming real projects and building a step-by-step training program that works alongside the book. This system shows exactly how I execute encapsulations in the field — at a professional standard. Higher quality installs create stronger customer demand. Stronger demand creates stronger profits.
For over twenty years, homeowners have expressed genuine gratitude for the work my team and I performed. Now, I receive that same appreciation from business owners who implement this system. They understand that avoiding years of trial and error matters. The contractors who choose to work with me care about doing things the right way. They understand that how you do anything is how you do everything.
That mindset still excites me. I value working with people who are serious about improving their standard.
