I’ve been inspecting homes and selling home services since 2005, and I’ve personally used this system to sell more than $1 million in services.
I developed it for my own use in the field. I wasn’t trying to create something to teach other contractors. I needed a better way to graph a house, document what I found, take measurements, calculate quantities, organize everything I was seeing and explain my recommendations to the homeowner in a way that made sense.
Over the years, that became the system I relied on to move from the inspection to an accurate estimate and then present the project to the customer.
