I heard an up and coming business owner yesterday, asking for tips from other business owners, and speaking of the hardship whenever it comes to keeping consistent business flowing in.

For starters, there is no one single component to his answer. What he desires is going to require a complete system. And unfortunately, many of you reading this think I am speaking of simply replicating my finished project quality results. That is a MAJOR piece of the puzzle, absolutely, but if you think being able to replicate me, will resolve all of your current business struggles, YOU GOT ANOTHER THING COMING!

The results themselves are a part of the overall system, but they're not the entire system! There's many more components at play, and if you cannot learn that, you'll be stuck at being a good installer. And all that title can ever get you, is a job!

If you think the remaining components are all concerning marketing, you're partly right. This is where most people's ship sinks. They are capable of creating good results quality wise, but are terrified to mimic my daily activity. Well, bad news for you son, because the constant marketing is itself, just another piece of the puzzle!

You have to get good at eliminating time wasters! And stop trying to be the cheap fuck! If you desire to have a customer base full of broke dicks, offer free inspections, and try to undercut your competition. You will attract every deadbeat in the region.

You really want to know how I know all this shit? I used to be the dumbass that did the free inspections! I used to have sort through the broke dicks daily, and would have countless, literally countless hours of wasted time annually, due to it being stolen from me, by pieces of shit seeking free information. So to all of you desiring to constantly sort through the time wasters, don't ever ask me for shit! I am definitely NOT your guy.

They don't have the balls to stand on their own, and create things based off their own efforts. So they live a life accepting whatever their enabler provides them. They do as they're told. They repeat the same fucking bullshit that all other employees repeat concerning business, and that's whatever the fuck their boss taught them!

So listen, if you seek to grow in business, you need to be smart enough to seek advice from someone THAT'S ALREADY BEEN DOING WHAT YOU WANT TO DO! You don't seek weight loss advice from fat people do you? You don't ask broke people for financial advice do you? Are you starting to understand matters more clearly?

Look, I will be the FIRST to tell you, "I am not interested in so much as even having a conversation with the majority of people! I am a loner! I don't seek group camaraderie! I am obsessed with results, and helping others learn to create better businesses, that provide more rewarding outcomes for the business owners, and their teams. And if you seriously want to become better, you can start training today."

Gaining access to my brain, gives you 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience, that you can learn from. And all this earned income....that's just the tip of the iceberg. You have a LOT to learn amigo. And I'll be happy helping the few of you that care enough to apply yourselves. Most people never desire to reach this level, and they certainly won't be able to without having that desire. You gotta want this shit! I can't make you want it!
