I perform consulting for numerous businesses. During a conversation yesterday afternoon, I was listening to an idea someone had about a new startup. They were so excited! I love hearing that genuine excitement too. It's contagious on both ends.

I definitely think you have a successful idea, but I do want to forewarn, if it's freedom you seek, what you're describing is going to require you to be there, and I am usually an encourager of scalable models, so that you ultimately get your time back."

They said, "Tanner this isn't just about the money. This is something I want to do!"

They went on to explain their passion for helping others, and even teared up talking about how they can change peoples' lives with this idea.

Once the tears kicked in, I said, "I think you need to go with it."

I have always been so consumed with creating income streams, and teaching others how they can do the same, that I sometimes forget that not everyone cares about money like I do. Some people would do whatever they do for free, just because they love doing it, and feed off the satisfaction they get from doing so!

And I said, "This is why I like helping business owners. People come to me with ideas! People come to me with the desire to become better, the desire to do more, the desire to create more value! And as I listen, I feed off their energy!"
