Over the past 20+ years, I have developed a very specific process for how I approach an opportunity. How I measure and graph the property, how I inspect it, what I photograph and document, how I calculate the work, develop the scope, build the estimate, and ultimately present everything to the customer. I have taken that entire process and put it into one system.

Instead of simply telling you how I believe it should be done, I take you with me on an actual crawl space inspection and let you watch the process unfold from the moment I arrive at the property through preparing the finished project to be presented to the homeowner.

I have never believed that selling should be about pressuring somebody into saying yes. Do the inspection properly. Put the time into the graph. Write a detailed work description. Build the estimate.
