Seldom does a day pass that I am not asked if I'm willing to go wherever, and do whatever project. And truthfully, it makes me feel so good every time one of you asks. It's a shame that my crew can only be on one project at a time. This is one of the driving reasons why I began training students.

If Tanner Flowers wasn't in demand, I wouldn't bother! And I wasn't fully expecting this, but I am enjoying helping other business owners more than I ever thought I would!

Think about it....I've gone 20+ years trying to make people be like me. Now guess what I can tell you? I can't make anyone do shit! And that's a real shame in itself, because I'd have a legion of the highest valued sought providers in existence.

Anyways, that's fantasy talk. The reality is I can't change anyone. But I kept proving that the better I tried to become, the more people wanted to pick my brain. Then, once they saw my standard being duplicated by my team, it strikes such an amount of curiosity, that people can't stand but to contact me.

This kept teaching me that these people were finding me via the trail of results I was leaving in my path. They have a desire within themselves to accomplish the standard they are witnessing. I am not changing these people! They're already like when I find them, or whenever they find me, however you wish to word it!

These people are teachable. And they're smarter than I was! I wish 23 year old Tanner just starting Tennessee Technicians would have sought guidance from someone that I now view as successful, and allowed them to teach me information, that could have saved me 20+ years of having to learn via trial error.

The good news is, you can get here without me! Hell I did! But do you know what? Use your noggin...."You can get here a whole lot faster with me as your personal guide." And every year I save you, what's that make me worth?
