In yesterday's post, I shared that my system generates an average of 50% profit per project sale price.

What I didn't tell you was, I have been told for years that my prices were lower than a lot of companies, which pisses me off to be honest, as if anyone in the industry is going to be the most expensive, it should certainly be me!

There's no one ever been bringing to the table, what I have always brought to the table! Just sitting here typing about it gets me fired up!

There's pieces of dog shit out here charging more per project than me! And don't even ask if their shit ass work even remotely compares to mine! It's sickening!

But what I always tell my students is, "If you want to make more than 50% profit, you can. I know others that do, and it's as simple as adjusting my worksheet."

Anyways, I was speaking to one of my newer students yesterday. They began performing crawl space services in May 2026.

He told me, "Tanner, we are already on our third crawl space encapsulation!"

That's always awesome to hear, but I immediately asked him, "Are you making at least 50% profit?"

He said, "Tanner we're actually making more than the examples you taught me!"

Do you know how awesome that is?

Understand, their company did not even offer crawl space services three months ago. And now, simply by adding them into their services lineup, they are not only selling higher ticketed projects, their profit percentage return is through the roof!

Their first finished project looked like I had been with them on the jobsite the entire time. And not only was I never on the jobsite, I have never even met any of the crew!

These results are all being created via my online training curriculum. For any of you business owners sleeping on me, you're going to be kicking your own ass whenever you finally participate, because you didn't choose to do so sooner!
