If you are a friend of mine that I already trust to do incredible work for my customers, then you know how hard I try to line up projects for you, as I am a constant promoter of people with integrity.

What many of you do not know, as you underestimate how anal I truly am, I call and check with homeowners, concerning the project(s) I line up for you, and I ask them what they liked about working with you, and what they didn't.

And if I ever used to send you regular business, but stopped, just know that you earned that decrease in free revenue due to your own actions.

I scream it in videos weekly, "If I run my mouth about you, in pure trust that you're going to over deliver on whatever service it is that I'm bragging about you about, and you in turn fail to live up to the hype, making me look like a goddamn fool for bragging on you in the first place, you'll never have the opportunity to do me that way again!"

There's no telling how much overall business I am responsible for creating dollar wise! Between my personal endeavors, and the business I create for friends in my network, I'd really like to know that number!

And however high that number is, understand something, it can only be created via trust! I am a relationship creator! I create connections beyond the realms of business. You may not comprehend me, but customers who have never spoken to me, would swear they've known me a lifetime, by the time they get off the first phone call with me!

Do you think that's because I'm talking constantly to them about business? Hell no! I seldom mention it! I do what's instinctual!

I am a curious person. I ask questions of interest in search of common ground! I find it quickly! Once found, I build rapport immediately.

I am interested in people, always have been. And what I was ridiculed for as a child (asking too many questions), has made me millions of dollars as an adult.
