The importance of operating from a proven system

A proven system does this 👇

And not just a by chance one off result, a proven system creates this ☝️ consistently!

I speak to business owners weekly, who are either currently operating inside of the crawl space services space, or are looking to enter the space.

Some of you are already producing pretty good finished projects. Some of you don't know where to start.

That is NOT a knock on anyone. We ALL start somewhere.

I specialize in helping other business owners learn a system that creates what I'll tell you, and what countless others will tell you, the best finished projects inside the industry. And how to do that repeatedly, consistently, each and every single time you commit to taking money from a customer.

When these type of results occur over and over, to a point, where your name is synonymous with ''integrity'', you won't be hurting for work! All homeowners within, and even outside of your local operating market will want what you have to offer. This happens organically! And it is actually the reward for you striving to do your upmost best, without someone lingering over your shoulder, telling you that you must be doing so.

All of what I just mentioned requires a certain mindset. I choose to only work with people possessing this mindset, as mentioned above, without me having to tell them that they need to be possessing it!

It's simple. We're either wired similarly, or we're not.

I don't have any voodoo black magic up my sleeve, enabling me to transform you, or anyone else, into someone they're not. I wish I did! I would have already created a legion of professionals that the world couldn't get enough of!

Which speaking of, that's EXACTLY what I'm currently doing.

See, I am not interested in people who are content with pretty good finished projects. I have seen half-asses pull off pretty good.

If you are fine with pretty good representing you, we are not the same.

Again, I am not saying this to knock anyone. I am speaking absolute truth, in hopes of eliminating everyone that fits the bill!

This ain't no sales pitch folks! I am not here attempting to convince you of shit! 

You are either smart enough to see what I have been doing for the past 20+ years, or you're not. And I am grateful for both types.

Some of you create desire within myself to give you more of my time. That excites me!

Some of you voluntarily let me know that you are not my type, and ensure that I never have any communication with you. That excites me too!

The more of both that happens, the larger my circle of like minds becomes.

With increasing like minds, comes increasing ideas. New ideas that can become beneficial to the group as a whole. 

I am not smarter myself, than multiples of us thinking and progressively working towards a common goal. 

In ''Think and Grow Rich'', Napolean Hill discusses how two minds thinking and working together towards accomplishing a common goal, creates in turn a third mind, that itself is greater and more powerful than either of the individual minds.

Apply this philosophy towards the system I teach. More and more of you are finding out how valuable what I have been teaching others to do for years, is for your own business.

Like me, not all of you, but many of you started as one man show. We didn't have a system! We had to figure things out on our own via trial and error.

And if you think like I think, my finished results were never good enough for me. I would document and review each finished project, and see areas that I could improve upon. Each finished project, same scenario: me ridiculing myself on what could be done to improve the overall performance and appearance of each project.

This pattern continued until I reached a point where I literally didn't know how to make the projects any nicer. I was already producing better results than any compared projects within the nation, and the finished appearance was impeccable!

Maybe....just maybe, let's say you too reached that point....I already know the point that comes next!

That's when so much work starts coming in that you can't do it all! You have to turn marketing ads off! And you have to resort to being an actual business owner, and start bringing aboard team members!

Now here you are trying to make someone else become what took you years to create personally! Now, these people can't meet your standards, you end up letting them go, and you're back to do everything by yourself again!

I promise you too, it won't take too much of that before you realize how much you are holding yourself back, not being able to create the income you want, because we all can only do so much within a given day.

It's usually at this point when reality sets in, and if a person is smart, they come to realize that they have created for themselves, everything they were trying to get away from, whenever deciding to start their own business.

In simpler terms: Smart people see that they have created another job, and not a business.

So we're clear, a job requires you in order to generate income. A real business can generate income without you.

If you are earning money while sleeping, congratulations! You have a real business.

If you are only able to generate income while you are on a job site, you have a job. I don't care if you own the job. You have a job.

I am not saying there's anything wrong with either. Everyone has their own individual goals. I am not here to determine your goals.

I am just open enough to say all of these things honestly! This honesty, that drew many of you to me, I stand on it son! It's why I say the things I say. The things I say do two things, they're a double edge sword! 

I am eliminating those that do not share a like mindset, thus giving me more time, energy, and focus to deliver unto those of you possessing a like mindset.

In comes the system!

I can of course provide you with proper instruction, but I can train your teams. With my online educational curriculum, each contractor gets trained the same!

Going back to operating from a system, do you comprehend how valuable that alone is?

Everyone is taught the same! Not some technician giving you tips, another giving you contradictory advice, and some other dude talking about what his last branch manager said was the right way to do things....I have eliminated all of the bullshit!

You also need to understand that everything I teach, was once completely confidential! I would only teach my personal crews. I wouldn't even tell them everything. I know still here today, my finished results are in a league of their own. And if you're an honest person, not consumed with ego, you already know I am telling the truth.

I literally give you the keys! I got the supercar just sitting here idling, and all you gotta do, is get in here and drive this damn thing!
