Most people need a boss.
Many people claim to want their own business, and are quick to tell you how they'd run things if they were in charge.
Some have excelled in a singular piece of the puzzle, assume their skills are irreplaceable, and just like someone I had a conversation with last week, are shockingly laid off by their employer.
To ANY of you currently working for someone else: "It doesn't matter your job title, or current pay, if the business owner is forced to make real business decisions, and spreadsheets show savings by releasing you, you are already gone!"
No one is in control of their "job", and you may not want to believe this, but it can be taken away from you tomorrow!
That's why I have always been an encourager to those possessing actual confidence. I'm not talking about the talkers, I'm talking real confidence!
How do you recognize real confidence?
When someone is beating their own path, making things happen on their own accord, creating results, and you don't ever see them whining about all of the absolutely irrelevant shit you hear normal people talking about, that person has confidence.
Whenever someone has committed to performing a project for someone, and upon completion, without ANYONE telling them they have to, they are so proud of what they have accomplished, that they film a finished project video, in order to showcase to the world, what type of quality their name brings to the table, that person has confidence!
So what's it going to take to put you over the fence?
How long have you hated your job?
How many years have you been claiming you're ready to make a change?
What are you willing to do differently than you have been, in order to get you to where you desire to be?
These are all questions ONLY YOU can answer.
But if you are one of the ones that's eager to create your own results, if you truly possess real confidence in your abilities, and like myself, just need a bit of guidance, then please stop underestimating what you're capable of!
Will it be easy?
NEVER!
Will it be worth it?
If you're willing to put in the effort it takes to create real freedom, once you get a taste, looking back won't be an option.
You cannot participate inside of this realm while clinging to the stinking thinking that held you captive inside Normalville.
It takes a real mind shift.
