The problem so many people face, in failing to make consistent progress, is most people are finger pointers. They don't want the responsibility for anything. In their minds, it's "What if something goes wrong?"

NEWSFLASH! In business, something ALWAYS goes wrong! And if you are the business owner, if you are the creator, you must assume ownership for the bad stuff too!

NEWSFLASH 2! If they're truly a Tanner, you will never find them looking for you, as they are out beating their own path, and making their own way.

So you will become forced to teach others not possessing a like mind. And if you doubt this, just look around, do you have employees? I am not saying ANYTHING is wrong with them! You both need one another! But if they're working for YOU, they don't think like YOU, or else they wouldn't need YOU! They do not want the responsibility! I already told you! They want to be able to go home and shut it off until tomorrow!

NEWSFLASH 3! THERE IS NO SHUTTING IT OFF!

You're either like this, or you are employed by someone else! And if you genuinely are like this, but are currently struggling with becoming the delegator you must become in order to scale, I'm getting better every single day at helping you!

You see, I may be one of the best talkers, but I'm not just a talker. Whatever I'm talking, Tanner's walking. And you may not need me. Congratulations sir, or madam! If that's what you think, you're right.

But you maybe, just maybe....might be smart enough to imagine the possibilities of being able to leverage me. And if you can think upon all the ways I can bring value to you and your organization, you're right. And I'm doing it every single day of the week, with, or without you.
