I had an extremely successful entrepreneur speaking highly about me yesterday.

We were discussing my daily lessons, aka my morning letters to other business owners, and he mentioned how valuable the things I say are to all business owners, not just contractors operating within the crawl space service industry.

Truth be told, I seldom ever talk about crawl spaces.

If you want me to open up, and give you more of the "why" behind that, I will provide you with a bit of insight....

I can excel anyone within any given industry!

Throughout my years of being an entrepreneur, I have had countless face to face, heart to heart conversations with extremely successful individuals.

When you are smart enough to understand that ALL business falls under two categories: Product or Service, you comprehend that the requirements to succeed at either are relatively the same, and someone succeeding within any business, already has what it takes to succeed in any business.

I witness so many get caught up trying to learn systems, when they don't even understand themselves.

If you're continuously failing, THERE'S A REASON! Something is going on internally!

If you're continuously winning, THERE'S A REASON! Something is going on internally!

The ultimate determining factor is inside of your mind!

It's your personal self belief, or a lack thereof. It's having, or not having confidence! It's your leadership capabilities, or having a desire to be led.

You can't be one pretending to be the other. You will be exposed. Your results will ALWAYS tell on you!

The business owners that lock arms with me are sure of themselves! To many outsiders witnessing my students' personalities, I am certain they would get labeled as being "full of themselves", AND GUESS WHAT?

That is one of the qualities I look for in other leaders!

I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER met a high performer that did not possess a high self worth.

If you don't think of yourself as a positive, beneficial influence, capable of bettering everyone that chooses to work with you, how would you ever expect anyone else to see you in that manner?

I actually have to tone myself down for the masses. The masses cannot handle the real me. Few can.

I am too intelligent to communicate with many, and lack the desire of talking to anyone, that I do not see as asset to my future.

I bet that sounded selfish to you didn't it?

Great! I sure as fuck hope it did!

You know why?

Because I value myself more than anyone else!

I got responsibilities riding on my ass, and if I'm not putting Tanner Flowers first, who the fuck else do you think is ever going to?

The same that's doing it for you! Not fucking anybody!

There's your truth for the day! There's your sermon for the day! And if you're looking to create a better you, hell yeah I can help you, but I can't help shit, until you begin thinking more of yourself! I can't think it for you!
