I have watched crawl space encapsulation go from no one, including myself, knowing anything about it in 2008, to 2026, where all different types of business owners are being drawn into the industry, due to the high ticket price tags associated with these services.

I teach my students to price their projects to generate a profit of 50% of their sale price. So a $20,000 project earns them $10,000 profit. A $30,000 project earns them $15,000 profit.

I tell each student, "This percentage is adjustable, as the worksheet I use can be adjusted to accommodate your desired profit earnings percentage." Then like clockwork, I will end up hearing, "Tanner, we're earning more than 50% profit per job!"

You can charge these higher rates, first and foremost, whenever you deliver the quality I teach students to deliver. Once you begin competing with yourself, and constantly try your best to surpass the finished quality of your most recent project, you will find yourself inside of a realm not many ever grow to find....a league of your own!

There won't be any project video for you! These half-assers won't even take a picture of their work, unless they happen to see just the right angle to fool the common eye into thinking any actual effort went into what they're seeing.

These goons are closing the uneducated (which is most everyone) on price, and delivering exactly what comes with that type of business model: half-ass bullshit, shameful results.

First class, you know it don't get any better than that! Results so unheard it strikes a nerve, awakening those lost in slumber, to pick up the phone and dial my number!
