I've got so many people hungry to replicate my results, that while yes, you have to first set, then uphold the standard, but you are going to constantly be working on your business.

Unfortunately, just like I kept myself stuck in place for many years, many think this means "working in their business".

Hell I'd been voluntarily slaving myself away for years! I don't even want tell you how many! I'm ashamed I wasn't aware of what I can now teach you sooner.

It sure wasn't from a lack of effort that I didn't know! Check my timeline! Look how many years you can find your's truly working my damn ass off, inside of situations you wouldn't dare enter.

I was telling some friends at lunch yesterday, and I referred to the "crawl space character" I play, and that I have never been proud to put that on display. Like most customers that ever get to speak to the real me, they were shocked! They said the same thing I have heard countless times before, "But Tanner you're so passionate about those projects..."

And that's not true. The truth is, I am passionate about Team Tanner. It's all that I have ever cared about. And I have purposely placed myself into unimaginable circumstances throughout a 20+ year duration of time, taking advantage of every opportunity I saw fit, to showcase my reputation, and the value of choosing to work with me.

I have said it openly for years, "I hate these projects!" I have always hated these projects! I was squeezing my way through a crawl space inspection last week, insulation hanging everywhere, got that shit all over me, spider webs all over me, mud caked onto my damn key fob, soaking wet with sweat, and I knew every second, exactly what I was doing, as miserable as I was, I was setting the standard.

Yes, I sold the project, just as I sell almost every single inspection I commit to performing. And the only reason I even went, is because A) it was one of my friends since 7th grade, and B) I am doing my best to show my personal team how I am so easily able to sell these services.

I don't mind telling you. There's multiple moving pieces to this equation. First off, I am leveraging exactly what I am giving each of you that are intelligent enough to comprehend, an opportunity to leverage my reputation.

Meanwhile, you've been thinking I am just trying to sell you a goddamn training product.

And on top of me leveraging myself, I am sold on my personally trained crew for more than 5+ years running! I know what kind of work my team does, as they are fully aware that if my standard is not upheld, there won't be any more money come in from Tanner! And that ain't good, cause Tanner Flowers is a money making machine!

I have people ask me this question multiple times weekly. I hate to sound like some mystical wizard, but I attract them to me. I am a magnet! I make myself stronger daily, by putting more Tanner Flowers energy into the universe. I give great value away, in return of increasing my own. I can do anything "business"! ANYTHING! I have showcased it my entire professional life for others to witness! I am obsessed with results! I get off on progress! The more ideas I get to ponder upon growing into successful endeavors, the more excited I am! I CANNOT EXPLAIN IT FURTHER THAN THIS! This is the truth! What more do you want from me?

I speak and write so genuinely, and honestly nearly to a default, that anyone with sense can tell I'm telling the truth. And even then, I still tell EVERYONE, "Do your Tanner Flowers homework! See for yourself if I'm anything less than I've ever proclaimed to be!" It's this energy....I'm doing it right now! I am shaking as I type this shit! These people feel me! They want more of me! And I am eager to give! That's how I do it.
