Everyone that knows me, knows that I'm not the job type. I gave it 13 official attempts before starting my own business in November 2005. Each attempt, I was either terminated with the threat of them calling the police, or exited voluntarily in memorable fashion, leading to stories we still laugh about 27+ years later! Haha!

If there's ever something I don't understand, or that I am curious about, I will be the first to ask questions. As soon as I have enough knowledge to engage, I'm already working, creating mistakes, and learning to progress from them! This is one of the main reasons I have never done well with someone telling me what to do. I tell people daily, "If I wanted to be governed, and have someone telling me what to do daily, I'd go get me a fucking job somewhere!"

I'm the guy that as soon as someone points a finger of direction, I'm already gone! People will be left wondering where Tanner went, and as I said, I will be on my own, creating results, maybe creating mistakes that cost me money, but I'm a fast learner son, and old Tanner hates wasting money!

I never fit into the workplace. I don't fit into crowds. I was handling a case in court last week, and for a while, maybe 10 minutes, my friend Theresa had me sitting at the front of the courtroom with her. In those first few moments, I was a bit nervous being up there in front of everyone. Then, I thought to myself, "Tanner, this is where you belong! You're at the front boy! Stare out across this courtroom like you own it!" And that's what I did. I was eyeballing everyone like I was the judge! Haha!

I have always enjoyed being in front of the crowd, not in it! Now, think about these things, as you reflect on everything you currently know about me, or currently suspect about me. Why do you think I've always led this entire industry? Why do you think I set the bar so high? Why do you think so many contractors watch me, and attempt to replicate my every move? Because I'm the fucking leader!

I can outsell, outwork, outtrain, outteach, outthink, outlead, and outtalk anyone involved in this industry, and most all other industries, that's why I float around amongst countless endeavors, delivering the same jaw dropping results you're accustomed to seeing on anything I attach my name to!

So whenever you make the decision to work with me, what exactly are you working with? How could you ever label me? I'm unlabelable! You seek, and others offer guidance in certain endeavors. First off, I'm proud that you're a seeker, but learning to replicate my results are one individual component of the overall game. Just one!

And if your projects already look pretty good, congratulations! I don't teach pretty good! Pretty good is the enemy here! I teach you to be great! Showcase yourself! And stop trying to make these fucking kid videos with your edits and music.....customers don't give a fuck! They're trying to get to know you! They're trying to relate! Speak to them! This isn't a social media popularity experiment! This is your fucking life! Treat it as such.
