All of you crawl space contractors that are currently unhappy with your employer, and are messaging me looking for work, first off, I appreciate you thinking of me. Secondly, I admire your willingness to put forth the effort required, that goes into creating one of these finished projects.

Now, allow me to explain what I actually do. I receive requests daily, for multiple projects, inside of multiple industries. I've had multiple pond build requests this week alone, and it's only Thursday morning 4:51am as I type this. The majority of these requests are given to my personally selected and trained crews. Often times, I will go perform certain inspections, design the full scope of work needed, and delegate all components of the project, to my chosen contractors.

I am just going to stop right there. I have said enough. If you understand what I do, based off of what I just shared, that's great! If you failed to catch it, then keep assuming as you wish.

I feed contractors. I help build businesses! Those businesses are the people that need you workers! And I know I'm weird, and I know I don't speak for everyone, as I have FULLY learned throughout the years, "Business is NOT for everyone! But, how in the fuck, could you ever be willing to do any of this work, and not do it for yourself?"

I can't wrap my head around that! But I'm also the guy that's unemployable too, so you better not listen to me, if you're looking for a job. I build businesses, that hire people to perform jobs.

And then, for all of you business owners wanting to come shadow me. Haha! You wouldn't believe one of my days if I told you! I'm smiling ear to ear right now thinking about it! If by 10am, you weren't already saying, "How in the actual fuck does your brain manage all of this Tanner?", I would be impressed. I've usually accomplished more by 10am, than most people accomplish in a day. And then, I don't stop until usually 7:00pm - 7:30pm, unless I've got somewhere to be.

When you do what I do, you collapse weeks into days, and months into weeks, and years into months. It's an obsession with progress and results. Results don't lie!

Also, yes, I used to love going all over, and training businesses how to replicate me. Eventually, I ran into the same problem I ran into with crawl space projects, I can only ever be in one place at a time! Therefore, due to incoming requests, after releasing my book, "Everything You Need To Know About Crawl Space Encapsulations", I went ahead and created the ultimate crawl space company training curriculum, that is advancing in value daily. Just wait until you see what I'm unveiling next! I cannot wait! It's the most excited I've been!

So anyways, I am not on projects for you to shadow me on. I work behind the scenes, mainly at a computer, or on the phone. Luckily for you though, I created everything with all of this in mind! I know how to train people. Period!
