Guess what Einstein, if your dumbass ruins your reputation, by committing to half-ass jobs, for half-ass customers, there won't be ANY MORE jobs for you!

Where so many of your brains think, "I can't afford NOT to do this job!"

I am here teaching you that, "You cannot afford TO DO the job!"

Sure you might make you thousands of dollars! But money can't buy your reputation. And as soon as you become known as someone that's willing to ignore their morals, in order to generate a dollar, THAT'S WHO YOU'LL FOREVER BE!

Just like the business owner that just asked me, "Tanner why do you always use drainage rock? We only use the foam packing type drainage stuff."

Those type products are made for the "shortcutters". There's a lot more looking for life's shortcuts than are not. Those half-ass artificial drainage product attempts at mimicking natural drainage elements, create profits for wholesalers, who's sales people earn commissions by selling to supply houses, who profit off of all the shortcutters, who end up delivering half-ass projects to their customers, which is just one of the reasons so many of you have earned yourself a half-ass reputation.

Like I taught you yesterday, "How a person does anything, is how a person does everything!"

With me being 100% understanding of this fact, just know that this is why you will only ever see me associated with certain type people.

You are who you run with. If your team is made up three normal minded half-assers looking for shortcuts, you're half-ass shortcutter number four!

If you have a crew that takes pride in everything they do, without you being on the jobsite, and they are always proud to showcase what they have accomplished, congratulations. You should be proud! That is NOT happening by accident!

I will only give my time to the right ones. And I am totally cool with whoever isn't after what I teach others to achieve, as I get just as excited running the wrong ones off, as I do locating the right ones.

Both are skills that once developed, will excel your business quicker than anything else you could have ever implemented.
