How to increase the quality of your crawl space encapsulation projects

     Crawl space encapsulation installation, as you may have already imagined, is no simple task to accomplish. There's no vast array of volunteers waiting in line to crawl underneath your house. And of those willing, good luck finding the few that care about their end results, and overall, their reputation. 
    Therein lies one of the key ingredients to achieving results such as always seen on any Tanner Flowers project. It's difficult to compete against someone who's reputation is always on the line. Especially whenever that person cares passionately about their reputation, and is fully aware that if he/she wants to continue building a successful business, that they in turn must continuously increase their own credibility.
      That only ever happens one way, by always keeping your word. The process can be sped up by simply, overdelivering on your word. Don't ever be afraid to do a little extra. And if you're willing to do a little extra, be proud to show the customer in the end, exactly the steps you took to go above and beyond committed expectations. I've never seen a customer that didn't appreciate me doing a little more than I said I would. Your customers will appreciate your effort as well, and will then be even more likely to refer you to their friends and family.
      No one can put the effort in for you. No one can create the desire for you to want to deliver exceptional quality projects. Few are going to be willing to go through the years of trial and error required to gain the knowledge on their own, to produce consistent first class results. That in itself is an extreme mental challenge to overcome, and the physical punishment your body will go through in getting there, starts weighing a heavy toll in due time.
      I once terminated workers for sharing pictures of my in progress projects. I encouraged everyone to share the finished project, but no one was ever allowed to show any in progress material. I never wanted anyone knowing my system. Still, to this day, you can click on any of my projects, and then click on anyone else's, and immediately realize that, ''Damn, Tanner really wasn't just talking shit all of these years!''
       Once you have came to the realization that I have ALWAYS SPOKEN THE TRUTH, you might then be able to comprehend how I can be of value to those of you going down the same path I did. I can save you years, versus just ''learning as you go''. That's what I had to do! You don't have to do that!
