Have you created a business, or a job?

Seldom have I EVER been impressed with ANY other company's finished crawl space encapsulation work.

At times whenever I have recognized real effort, those results were created by another person like my old self, a self employed business owner that was wearing all the hats.

Here's what these few people need to understand, if they haven't learned it already....

If you wear all the hats, and can now pull off pretty good projects yourself, you are working your damn ass off for one, and for two, you are likely making more money than you ever have before.

But, but, but....what happens if you want to earn more?

Be honest!

The honest answer is, "You've already scaled to capacity, unless you are now ready to begin running a real business, which is going to require effort and tactics not associated with you being the owner of your own job."

You might be thinking, "F' you mf'er! I own a damn business!"

And I will be quick to educate those of you. You sir, or you ma'am, have created a job, not a business.

How does one know the difference?

Simple! Do you have to be there in order to generate income?

If that answer is a yes, you have a job.

You see, a real business, earns money without you having to be there. I had an extremely successful person tell me years ago, "Tanner, if you never learn how to make money in your sleep, you'll work until you die."

If you are beginning to comprehend, understand now....I remember what it was like first learning this shit! It was 2012 for me. I was making more money than ever! I was a damn hot shot! And I had 100% created myself a damn job!

All of this shit I teach others, I am effortlessly able to do so, due to the fact that I have already lived it!

I know the problems you face. I know the required solutions. And I recognize mindsets capable of making it all happen, just as easily as I recognize those who can't.

Not everyone is cut out to live this type of life.

For many mindsets, it's much easier to go punch that clock.

To each is own. Focus more on identifying these types of characters. That skill will earn you way more income, than getting caught up in thinking you are capable of changing other peoples' mindsets.

You can waste all the time in the world working on changing your friends, or you can change your friends.

That chosen inner circle affects way more than a common mind ever gives credit. Many of you need to reread that last sentence multiple times.
