Create The Value With Tanner Flowers
https://www.crawlspaceartists.com/training.html You have to learn to let people shine at what they're good at, and stop trying to recreate them into someone they're not. Everyone has always labeled me a "chameleon", as I continuously play an abundant role of characters, but there's always an important factor behind playing each part....I'm not acting. Whenever I commit to playing a role, I become that role, shockingly fast. I think this trait has always been within me, I am fascinated by it, and I am always eager to explore its capabilities further. Therefore, what I am naturally, voluntarily doing daily, just by being me, would bombard the common person's thought capacity. You try and hand someone my daily whirlwind of decision making, and you'll shut them down! I have seen it too many times to count! And I finally started understanding why. I am assuming you are a business owner, and am going to present this example to you, from my personal history. Whenever I created Tennessee Technicians, November 2005, I learned fast how much went into starting a business. I am not solely speaking financially. Each business's needs are different, but I had to get a work truck, get a bed cover for it, get it lettered up, purchase trapping materials and supplies, paperwork, cards, licenses, insurances, have shirts made, and then I was forced to figure out how to generate customers. Once that began happening, I all of a sudden became a payment collections specialist, an accountant, wannabe tax professional, counselor, psychologist for customers (incredible the stories they tell me), sales guru, the sultan of marketing, relationship builder, somehow I managed to pull off service provider (still humored by me ever learning to fix shit), content creator, publicist, writer, speaker, trainer, cameraman, website builder, systems builder, software creator, investor, and who knows what hat I will be forced to wear today? But pay attention....me becoming these things, and sufficiently playing each role, documenting the results, and showcasing them to the world, keep opening new doors. My brain is too curious not to look. I bust through doors! I look around, find who's at the top, and if I am interested in what I see, seek guidance, read, learn, implement, create results, repeat. It's all effortless to me, as this is me, and I have never known my brain to act any other such way. Hold that thought....I have never met another brain that plays this many roles, and each character be the same person. Most have difficulty switching between roles, and develop a knack for certain elements of the overall machine. Some people are good sales people. Some make excellent managers. Some fulfill the relationships maintenance role, and fall right into place via human resources. Some are good thinkers, and prove themselves valuable in existing systems analysis and creations. Some can seemingly fix anything! Some are outstanding communicators....are you getting the point yet? Everyone is usually good at something. You have to get good at finding out what that something is, and then give that person more responsibility concerning that something. Once you figure this out, and stop forcing technicians to be salespeople, and systems analysts to be public speakers, you can begin experiencing the super power of delegation, something I wish I would have gotten a lot better at, a lot sooner than I did. These are all areas of trials and tribulations encountered over 20+ years of entrepreneurship. If you're starting your journey, I can help save you the 20+ years. I can't do everything for you, but if you're an impatient fucker like me, grab hold of my coat tails, get you a good grip, get focused, pay attention, remain teachable, and I'll teleport you through the damn learning curve!
