There are multiple income producing opportunities available concerning the services I teach other business owners.

I would vote the four most obvious as: Crawl Space Encapsulation, Crawl Space Drainage, Crawl Space Insulation, and Exterior Drainage Services.

There are so many varieties of the four that you are going to encounter.

Some projects will be encapsulation only.

Others will require a French drain first.

Many homeowners elect to get new r19 poly-encapsulated floor insulation.

Outside drainage problems have to be resolved in several instances, before any crawl space work can begin.

In addition to these main four, there's also wood cleaning and disinfectant services for existing mold, fungus, and mildew.

There's sub-flooring repair and support work.

And depending on your level of knowledge, there's usually at least a small leak or two, that if you choose to, you can offer to repair as well, and chances are, like I always teach my students, once a customer likes and trust you, they WANT to to let you do more work for them!

It's a bother for most people, myself included, having to get uncomfortable, and enter into a new business relationship with someone, not yet knowing, but HOPING, that this person ends up being someone who keeps their word.....particularly whenever I ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE I TRUST!

You're the same way! Everyone is!

And THAT IS WHY your customers that you have already made happy, want to give you more work, instead of giving it to someone else, as long as you are comfortable and confident doing said work.

So whenever you hear someone who's already successful, proclaim that a person needs MULTIPLE STREAMS OF INCOME, know that I have this system running, ready, and available for you now, sitting there ready to go, whenever you feel like getting in, and taking off.
