You may think I am building my credibility network out of greed. But allow me to provide you with a bit of actual insight, as to what I am really up to....

Customers trust me! They know as sure as they stand across from me, eyeballs to eyeballs, that I ain't no piece of shit crook out to get their damn money!

Take this particular crawl space inspection for example: Before I ever committed to coming to Franklin, I told the customer, "Before you guys spend $500 having me come out there, based on everything you have shared with me on the phone, that project is going to be over $30,000."

I could feel their pain through the phone upon hearing me say that, and she then replied, "Tanner, we want you here! You coming here and giving us your opinion will be worthwhile to us paying you to come out."

In case you can't cipher what I did there, I just had them commit to $30,000+, before I ever decided to make the drive!

Newsflash, when I show up to any $500 consultation, 99 times out of 100, that customer cannot wait to stroke me whatever check, for whatever project, that they can get me to commit to. Why do you suppose that is?

I know why. And if you possess ANY sense, you know damn well why too. I don't play. I'm bringing the fucking A game to every commitment! And I know upon committing, that results never lie, and I gotta make certain that I over deliver on expectations.

That, that right there, what I just explained to you is the secret behind it all! And what I am looking for, are business owners that know they're bringing Tanner Flowers quality to the table, inside of ANY ENDEAVOR!

That's right! I'm looking for Tanner Flowers Qualified Installers for hvac, I'm looking for electricians, I want plumbers, roofers, gutter, soffit, siding installers, flooring specialists, window installation contractors, garage door installers, landscapers, I want all of you that knows I can trust you to operate with integrity, and deliver the best quality that any customer could ever get lucky enough to get! I AM NOT TALKING NORMAL BUSINESS OWNERS, I am talking about business owners I know that I can count on to do the customers right! I want that customer happy with me, because I was the one that suggested you to them! I don't want to so much as communicate with any of you that can't live up to my name!

All you normals are on your own! I am only interested in the A-Team! No B players welcome! If you know you meet my qualifications, get on the phone with me as soon as possible. There's big plays working behind the scenes that you're going to want to be part of, that breach the realms of crawl space service.

Don't confuse crawl spaces with what I really am. They are simply a vehicle. No different than any other service business. It's all the same. I am a businessman, and I can help you inside of any business. It's all I know, and it's what I am passionate about! Business is what I love talking about! It's what I love creating! It's who I am!

And if you question what level of integrity I'm referencing, I walked away from $30,000+ at this inspection, because I didn't feel the homeowners needed to make the investment given the situation. I promise you, there's not many willing to walk away from that.
