Hello to you there fellow homeowner, or future homeowner. This is Tanner Flowers talking to you here. As I type this information, you should know, this entire Consulting page was built for you! For years on end I have been contacted multiple times daily, from homeowners just like you, from every state in the country wanting Tanner Flowers! And while you may have no idea how much I really do appreciate that, it has led me to sit here for 20 years now, sickened at the fact I couldn't come up with a way to help these people! You see, I wanted to be able to help as many people as possible! But I could only ever be at one place at a time, and there's only ever been so much of me that I could give away. And it's the same story across the board, amongst all niches, that always repeats itself:
''There's always a few that are out-working all the rest. There's always standouts that apply more effort than others inside their chosen field. And amongst those mentioned few standouts, there's usually some weirdo, that just operates in a league of his/her own!''
I admire those ''weirdos''. I know that I am one personally. I can tell you, after consulting with business owners of all ages, ethnicities, men and women alike, there's some of us that are just wired for this shit! I AM NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT CRAWL SPACES HERE!
Can you fathom sports being meaningless? Can you imagine an open bar, with the most expensive alcoholic beverages known to mankind, you can have whatever you want, as much of it as you want, AND YOU DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT ANY OF IT?

It was all on purpose. It has always been on purpose. I purposefully sold myself on all things Tanner Flowers! You can't lie to yourself! Your results will always tell on you! And I had to willingly give myself my all, over, and over, and over again, usually by myself mainly in the beginning too, so that at the end of each day, driving home in my underwear a lot of those days because I would be so soaking wet, and dirty, I didn't need that homeowner to tell me how good of a job I was doing! I had seen other companies' projects, and of all people, I was FULLY AWARE that no one was beating me!
The more I witnessed this with my own two eyes, the more my confidence grew. I knew that I was operating on levels no one within the space would ever operate on, because like I already said, ''You don't become this way. You are either born like this, or you're not! You cannot be taught to care like I care! I CANNOT MAKE YOU CARE! I found out early on I did not possess those capabilities! Believe me, I have given my best effort to make a whole lot of people work like me, and I am still sitting here by myself!''
I stopped hunting Tanners! Other Tanners don't need other Tanners! Tanners are out getting it on their own! We do not have the luxury of waiting around for someone else to get it for us! I hope this is clicking for you here, because if you understand me, then you know the only way to keep this train rolling in your local hometown market, is to lead the quality charge! And by quality charge, I mean deciding today, that no one is going to outdo you! You have got to focus on you, and try to beat you! Every project you do, you should be trying to beat your last project! And if you possess this attitude, this type of work ethic, if you already got this kind of integrity, AND YOU KNOW IT, then you need to be letting the world know it!
